Thomas, the bartender at the Embassy restaurant and bar, enhances every visit with his exceptional service. The Lobster Mac and Cheese, available upon request, is a standout dish that I always enjoy when I'm in the area for work. The chimichurri steak tips were cooked to a perfect medium rare and packed with flavor, exceeding my expectations for a hotel restaurant.
