Watching the skilled chefs craft each dumpling by hand right as you walk in adds to the whole experience, and the food never fails to impress with its delicate flavors and quick service. The atmosphere feels a bit more upscale than your average noodle joint, with dark interiors and comfortable seating, though you'll often find a line out the door that's worth the wait. Favorites like the soup-filled xiao long bao and the addictive black sesame buns keep me coming back, alongside perfectly cooked green beans and a great variety of vegan options to choose from.
