Rice Paper serves up authentic Vietnamese dishes that hit all the right notes-flavorful, fresh, and generously portioned, with favorites like beef pho, shaking beef, and rice paper wraps stealing the show. Although it can get packed and the service sometimes feels a bit indifferent, the quick turnover and truly tasty food make the wait worthwhile every time I visit.
