The rich, sizzling flavors of the snails and the hearty broth of the Bun Bo Hue transported me to the heart of Vietnamese cuisine, each bite warming me against the cool Denver air. The vibrant papaya salad and refreshing coconut juice brought a bright, tropical contrast that reminded me of home, while the attentive, familiar staff added a comforting layer to the experience. Though a few moments of slow service and a misstep with an egg roll dampened the visit, the consistent quality of the food keeps drawing me back to savor more of what this kitchen has to offer.
