Despite the mixed reviews, I found the atmosphere at Upstairs to be enjoyable. We arrived early on a Thursday and were able to grab seats at the bar, where we ordered cocktails and appreciated the views of the city. The setting, combined with good service and music, made for a pleasant experience, and I look forward to returning in the future.
