During my recent stay at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Milwaukee, I dined at the in-house restaurant, Bistro Bar, due to the Regency Club being closed on weekends. Despite my initial hesitation, being a Club member allowed me to enjoy a complimentary breakfast buffet featuring a wide array of delicious options, including freshly cut fruit, savory breakfast items like bacon and sausage, and tasty pastries. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff, especially Andy the bartender, who went above and beyond to make my experience a five-star one with his fantastic cocktails and excellent service.
