I'm not usually into pricey meals, but my husband insisted on trying this $56 ribeye, and wow, it did not disappoint! The squash was okay, but the potatoes were amazing, and I can't wait to go back next year. The Bistro at the hotel is a solid choice for a casual meal, with friendly service and a menu that has something for everyone.
