Making a reservation is definitely worth it because the constantly rotating selection of meats means you can request your favorites if they're not immediately available. The salad bar is incredible with fresh veggies, cheeses, and unique items like chimichurri and lobster bisque, and pairing it with the flavorful meats made for one of the best dining experiences I've ever had.
