On my last day working here in FUNKY TOWN, we opted to dine and work from the hotel, indulging in a spread of appetizers and drinks, including ceviche, hot wings, spinach artichoke dip, and quesadillas, all delivered promptly and fresh to order, with exceptional service from our multitasking bartender who maintained a cheerful attitude throughout the evening, leaving me with a positive overall experience that would likely bring me back if I ever return to the area, with highlights including a delicious chicken sandwich on a yeasty roll with bacon, lettuce, and tomato, accompanied by flavorful homemade chips, as well as a generous side salad and a seasonal grilled veggie platter with an abundance of hummus.
