Caldo de bola is a must-try dish at Mi Tierra Cafe in Hudson County. The Bolon de chicharron y queso is exceptional, and their other offerings like Pescado Frito and Encebollado are also worth exploring. While the seating may be limited, the delicious food and affordable prices make this Ecuadorian spot a standout choice for a satisfying meal with your family.
