The food here blew me away with its fresh flavors and unique combinations, like the smoked trout with perfectly salted pork rinds and a homemade lemony sauce that I never expected to love. We tried a bunch of dishes-from the tender pork chop with tamarind sauce and grits to the spicy wild mushroom ramen and crispy tempura shrimp-and everything was cooked just right and packed with flavor. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, the service was super attentive, and the cocktails were spot on, making it one of the best dining experiences we've had in Jackson Hole.
