Javier, the owner, is incredibly kind and welcoming, always greeting everyone with a huge smile, and the staff, including Santiago and Manuel, provide amazing, attentive service. The food is fresh, flavorful, and made to order with healthy ingredients, from crisp banana-stuffed pancakes to delicious smoothies and satisfying bowls, all served in a clean, friendly environment that makes me want to return again and again.
