For years, I had wanted to experience the prime rib dinner on a Monday, and tonight my husband and I decided it was finally time to indulge. We shared the meal, which included perfectly cooked medium and rare prime rib along with salads, split potato, and vegetables, complete with tasty sides like butter and horseradish. The atmosphere was friendly, and even though I was tempted to enjoy my meal there, we opted to take it home, leaving us satisfied and with delicious leftovers to savor later.
