The chocolate Bavarian cream donut surpassed all expectations with its rich cream and perfect balance of dough and frosting, especially when warmed up at home. The coffee, including a unique Ovaltine mocha, was a pleasant surprise, complemented by friendly and genuine baristas who made the experience inviting. Though the space felt a bit cramped, the selection of donuts and smooth service left me wondering why the ratings don't reflect the quality and care found here.
