Stepping into Sheba's with my wife and a friend, we embarked on a culinary adventure beyond our usual preferences. We savored the unique flavors of Ethiopian beer, sambusa, and kitfo, each dish offering a tantalizing mix of spices and textures. The Dallas Special and Short Ribs pleased our palates with their savory goodness, while the Best of Ethiopia Combination plate provided a feast for the senses, showcasing the diverse and delectable offerings of Ethiopian cuisine.
