So, my buddy was all like, "Let's hit up this joint for grub," and I was like, "Eh, a hotel restaurant?" But let me tell you, that cedar plank salmon was like a party in my mouth! The appetizers were bangin', and that sauce on the salmon? Mmm, divine! I'm totally making a return trip to chow down on more of that goodness!
