I recently had the pleasure of choosing Crazy Bob's for my daughter's wedding, and I was thoroughly impressed with their culinary offerings. While the brisket was exceptional and tender, the chicken was unfortunately overcooked due to unforeseen circumstances. However, Lori's prompt and gracious response, including a full refund for the chicken entrí©e, has solidified my trust in their service and I will certainly consider them for future events.
