The queso dip and street corn appetizers blew me away-better than any I've tried before, even from the elote man. For entrees, the chicken burrito and salsa verde enchiladas were cooked perfectly, and the raspberry mojito was refreshingly delicious. Sitting outside with a view of the High Roller wheel, the attentive service from Brenda made the whole experience feel special and memorable.
