During our last foodie adventure before moving to Portland, we discovered Raul's Taqueria in the charming town of La Grande, Oregon, where the authentic Mexican cuisine, including the incredible carne asada fries and huarache, paired with refreshing blackberry margaritas, left us thoroughly satisfied and eager to return.

One of our recent culinary finds in the beautiful town of La Grande, Oregon, just before our move to Portland! Raul's Taqueria has been a local favorite for over a decade, serving up delicious and authentic Mexican cuisine. The carne asada fries and huarache with al pastor were absolute highlights, complemented perfectly by a refreshing jamaica drink. The service was outstanding, the prices were reasonable, and the overall experience left us excited to return for more tasty treats on our future visits through the area.

Best authentic mexican food I have had in a long time. If you want a meal that fills your stomach and doesn't empty your pocket book I highly recommend Raul's.

I love the food at Raul's Taqueria! Especially the Torta! I recommend it to anyone who loves mexican food at it's best.
