The ground beef Moyahua has become my favorite with its crispy outside and soft, cheesy inside that's like a mix between quesadillas and burritos. Rosa and her family always serve up delicious, affordable food with so much care, making every visit feel like a warm, flavorful trip back to abuelita's kitchen.
