The menudo here is consistently delicious, with a flavorful broth and tender tripe. Their asado gorditas are a hit with my husband thanks to the perfect blend of spices and the option to add extra heat with the red sauce. The shredded beef dishes are my personal favorite, whether in tacos, burritos, or tortas - always fresh and satisfying. The efficient service and welcoming atmosphere make it a great spot for authentic Mexican cuisine in Kansas City.
