Mi Casita in Schulenburg, TX, offers a warm, inviting atmosphere that perfectly captures the essence of a family-owned taqueria. During our visit, we enjoyed a variety of enormous breakfast tacos, including tacos ranchero and chorizo/egg, all accompanied by exceptional homemade tortillas and salsa that enhanced every bite. The friendly service and vibrant local crowd made our experience memorable, and I look forward to returning on our next trip.
