The worst!!! While staying at a local hotel, I called to place an order. When the person taking my order hung up before I had even finished ordering or payed over the phone, I should have known to just cancel my order then, but instead made the mistake of calling back and giving my credit card info. After waiting 45 minutes, my order was delivered and multiple things were completely incorrect. When I called the place back, I was put on hold multiple times, spoke to 3 different people, and was told that I must have ordered incorrectly. I was then told that if I didn't want the order, I could give it back to the driver. When I asked if the correct order would be sent out I was told I would have to pay for it. When I asked if the food could just be picked up and a refund processed, I was put on hold while they checked. They begrudgingly consented, but I'm not holding my breath. I wouldn't be surprised if the majority of their profit comes from overcharging out-of-towners who won't be around long enough to argue.
