After buying a $50 gift card at CHOPT in The Empire State Building and losing it, Hector F. went above and beyond by quickly confirming it hadn't been used and issuing me a new one, showing exceptional customer service. I'm a big fan of their Kale Caesar salad with extra grape tomatoes and creamy Caesar and Mexican goddess dressings, and the friendly, attentive staff like Karina and Josh make every visit enjoyable and efficient.

I purchased a $50 gift card at my local CHOPT situated in The Empire State Building for a birthday gift. Unfortunately, upon reaching home, I realized that I had misplaced the card. In a stroke of luck, Hector F., the employee who sold me the card, assisted me in canceling the missing card and obtaining a new one promptly.
