One of my favorite lunch spots in the Flatiron area is a Mumbai street food-inspired restaurant with a completely vegetarian menu offering delicious sandwich and bowl options. The vegan Bombay Club sandwich, filled with chickpea pancake, spiced potato, cilantro chutney, chili aioli, and fresh vegetables on sourdough bread, is a flavorful and satisfying choice. The restaurant's high-quality, fresh ingredients and serene parklet seating area make it a great choice for a tasty and authentic Indian meal in the city.
