Sway operates as two distinct dining experiences, transforming from a breakfast buffet to a gourmet restaurant by evening. I enjoyed a filling buffet breakfast featuring incredible honeycomb from the rooftop beehives, while the staff impressed me with their attentiveness and ability to accommodate a large group on short notice. The dinner menu offered delicious options like a flavorful chicken sandwich and a dreamy shrimp and grits, making it clear that this restaurant goes above and beyond typical hotel dining.
