I had a memorable evening at a restaurant recently, where the server was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and wine selection. The pork chops with lobster mac and cheese and caramelized Brussel sprouts were absolutely divine. Despite a longer wait for our meals, the overall experience was fantastic and I definitely intend to return to Chophouse 88. The quality of the food, service, and atmosphere makes it a worthwhile dining destination for those who appreciate good value and great food.
