You've got to check out Shi Lee's if you're in Amarillo; the food is unbelievably delicious, from the fall-off-the-bone ribs to the brisket gumbo. The friendly atmosphere and community spirit make it a must-visit, even if the outside doesn't catch your eye-it's all about the heart and soul in every bite!
