The food at Jack Binions was impressive, especially the short ribs which were finger-licking good! The service was a bit off during my visit, but the atmosphere and overall experience made it a successful Friday night date night. The steaks were tender and seasoned well, and the scallops were also great. Can't wait to go back for another try.
