Absolutely terrible customer service. They will just make excuses.
My sons food finally arrived after everyone else at the table was already done eating. All we heard from the waitress and manager was excuse’s never an apology. After 45 minutes of waiting for his food the waitress just said “well what do you want me to do about it?”

I find it appalling that just because you are seated with a large group, this place will automatically charge you gratuity. They claimed I had a party of 7, when I in fact only had a party of 3. The party to the right of me was also a party of 3 and the party to the left of me was a party for 1. However since there was a total of 7, they automatically charged me gratuity, claiming I had a party of 7, since there was 7 people at the hibachi grill. I spoke with the manager Joy, who was anything but, and she refused to correct the bill. She was the most horrible, rude, and degrading manager I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. She rolled her eyes, huffed, and strode away mid-sentence. Even after explaining the situation, that I only had a party of 3, she refused to fix the bill. I had already tipped the chef, but that did not matter to her. She was completely rude. I will never return to this establishment again, all because of her. Her actions alone show how they really value their customers. I would appreciate someone to call me to resolve this situation. Thank you.
