The food here hits all the right notes-fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and spice levels that actually mean business (medium still made me sweat, and I've lived in Thailand!). Between the friendly staff who treat you like family and dishes like the Boating Noodle Soup and addictive egg rolls, this is the kind of place you'll dream about and drive over an hour just to get your fix.

The food here is simple but delicious. I always go for the Boating Noodle soup with beef, medium heat, and a side of hot sauce for an extra kick. Just a heads up, the spicy food here is no joke, so start with a lower spice level if you're not used to it. The staff is friendly, and the flavors are on point - definitely worth the drive.
