Everytime I come thru this drive thru there's an issue with something. Either missing food, no condiments, no straw, or like today, which took the cake. I ordered a lg coke icee, an ice cream cone, and a $1 blue razz icee...had to repeat it 3x when ordering, get the the window, the girl was rude as hell, handed me icees, I asked for the ice cream, and she snapped YOU DIDNT ORDER AN ICE CREAM...I most definitely did....there's always a problem with BK drive thru. I know NE is limited, but you don't have to be such an ignorant -ssh-l- towards people. They've screwed up my order so many times, that I only go there for drinks or something simple that a monkey could make, yet these horrible employees can't seem to get it right. Do better. SMH.
