I had a disappointing experience with a leaking wine bottle that ruined my Christmas present, but the winery's customer service in replacing it was truly exceptional. The atmosphere at St. Josef's winery was inviting, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and the wine selection, particularly the sparkling options, was impressive.
