After recently graduating from SFSU, I revisited the Vista Room as a customer to explore their new menu. Managed by students in the Hospitality and Tourism Management program, this restaurant offers a fine dining experience at an affordable fixed price, showcasing their dedication to learning the industry. The attentive service, rotating menu, and charming atmosphere make it a unique dining option on campus, providing a great opportunity to support and engage with the emerging talent in the hospitality community.
