The service provided was exceptional, from the helpful assistance with my luggage during check-in to the prompt support at checkout. The staff at Double Tree were incredibly kind and welcoming, with special thanks to Ms. Kendra, Percy, Telly, and the front desk team for their professionalism and warmth. The hotel's location near the river and within walking distance to major entertainment spots made for a convenient stay, and the beautiful lobby and comfortable rooms added to the charm of the experience.
