Had to call 4 times before I got through to place an order. Placed an order to go and did not get full order. Called to tell them and it took another 2 calls before anyone answered. They said they would reimburse me for the part of the order they forgot the next time I came in but I will not be ordering from here again! Besides the terrible service, the food was horrible! They said they were understaffed is why they didn't answer the phones but when we picked up our food there was only one customer there. We have eaten here a few times and it has not been bad, not sure what changed but I will not be going here again. I hope management will get a chance to read this review because it's sevice and quality like this that can really hurt a business!
Time of service was Friday, June 24th order placed about 8:45am.
