I swung by this sandwich shop next door after getting snowed in at a nearby hotel, and the fresh bread, tasty sandwiches, and friendly service really impressed me. The quick service and delicious options, plus a great view of the river while eating in the car, made for a solid stop on my way back to Des Moines.
