I recently had the pleasure of meeting the owner of Gastro Gnome Food Truck and Mobile Catering at Intuition Ale Works and King Street Farmers Market. We discussed his new Catering Company, which has recently obtained all necessary licensing. His concept focuses on offering healthier versions of dishes, like the delicious chicken salad I brought home for my wife. Robert and his team catered a benefit event for us, serving a selection of 30 different sparkling wines alongside a unique and delicious variety of food. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring all guests were well taken care of throughout the event. I was thoroughly impressed by the quality, variety, and service provided by Gastro Gnome Food Truck and Mobile Catering, and I highly recommend them for any future catering needs.
