This diner reminds me of classic New Jersey spots with its good American meals at great prices and friendly, attentive staff who always make you feel welcome. The food is consistently delicious, from the amazing cheesesteak and meatloaf to the huge salads and homemade fries, and the atmosphere is clean and comfortable. Whether stopping by for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, it's a reliable choice with fast, friendly service and plenty of tasty options that keep me coming back again and again.

Ruth's reminds me of the New Jersey diners with its good American meals at great prices. The girls serving here are attentive and nice, adding to the positive dining experience. I've been a loyal customer for over 4 years and have never had a bad meal at Ruth's - it's not fancy, just consistently good food and service.

Have eaten here a lot and the food is really good. Tonight I got the baked tomatoes and they had a long hair cooked in them. It turned me off of my meal. I know these things happen, but I was unable to finish my meal. Please wear hair nets.

Visited Ruth's place today enjoyed it very much the restaurant inside is really a down home atmosphere plenty of food to choose from on the menu so much it is hard to decide what you want to eat Johnnie and I got two hot dogs and we weren't disappointed the best hot dog we have eaten in a long time everything was delicious plan on going back soon if you ever go to Rocky Mount be sure in stop in at Ruth's Place

Everything we have had at Ruth's place during dinner time has been delish!!!
Our favorites are: Seafood night on Fridays - Fried Oysters & Fish, Seafood platter.
And my husbands very favorite - Sat. Night Prime Rib Special.
Homemade Pies & Cakes 😋
Highly recommend food & very pleasant staff❣️
