I found this cool cafe tucked away in Tower 4 of the Corporate Enterprise Towers in Shelton! It could use some more visible signage out on the main road to attract more customers, but if you're lucky enough to work in the towers, definitely check it out for delicious breakfast and lunch options. The food, like the award-winning chili verde and chicken cutlet sandwich, is amazing, and the shortbread cookies are a real treat - I'll definitely try to swing by for another visit when I can!
