I found this adorable ice cream shop in Nevada City that serves the best cookies and cream ice cream. Whenever I'm in Grass Valley, I make sure to drive over for a scoop. During the summer, the line can get pretty long, stretching out the door and around the porch. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth popping in for a quick treat.
