The food at Puddin' blew me away, especially the shrimp po'boy and the flavorful gumbo. The warm brown butter bourbon bread pudding was unlike anything I've had before; it was perfectly caramelized and left me craving more. I loved the friendly service and the opportunity to sample dishes before ordering, making my experience even more enjoyable.
