I ordered a Big Easy bowl without cheese due to my dairy allergy, but when I picked it up, it was covered in Swiss cheese. After calling to express my concern, a kind gentleman assured me he would remake it and deliver the replacement bowl within 15 minutes, which he did! Every visit to the Balfour location has been seamless, with friendly staff and delicious sandwiches that never disappoint.
