The kindness and dedication of Caroline and the entire team truly stood out when they went above and beyond to help recover a lost phone, even sending it back with a thoughtful care package that left me genuinely touched. Exploring the bean-to-bar process firsthand, tasting the rich, complex chocolates at every stage, and discovering unique flavors like Earl Grey and Bourbon Cask Aged has deepened my appreciation for this artisan chocolate, and I'm eager to return for more classes and tastings.

I traveled from upstate NY for a truffle making class at Raaka and had an amazing time. The instructor was patient, fun, and friendly, and the truffles were delicious. The service at Raaka was exceptional - they went above and beyond to help me retrieve a lost cell phone and even included a lovely care package in the return shipment.
