I must commend the two dedicated women behind the counter this morning, diligently preparing orders with skill and care. My colleague and I made a spontaneous decision to stop here instead of our usual breakfast spot, and I am grateful we did. The attention to detail in the preparation of my meal was evident, from the perfectly toasted bagel to the impeccably placed patty and bacon. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served with a level of care that is truly exceptional.
