The Panera Bread here always feels welcoming, especially with Jaz at the register who greets everyone with a big, friendly smile. Her warm attitude makes every visit a pleasant experience.

I paid for one of the Family Meals and the 4 chocolate cookies were not in the bag and the Caesar salad was nothing but lettuce. Very disappointing. I have always been a huge fan but you couldn't pay me to eat there again. I will be reversing the charges on my credit card. One last thing, the guy that brought our food out to our car handed me the plastic silverware with his bare hands. Disgusting and dangerous!
