My friend and I sought out Nelson's location, as she's a big fan and I was curious to try it. We found them at Garage Day in Wakarusa and got two half chickens and some potatoes. The food had a nice tangy flavor, especially the juicy chicken, which paired well with a cold beer. At $8 per half chicken, it was a tasty and affordable meal that I would definitely enjoy again. Nelson's is a must-try for anyone in Indiana, and their fundraising options make them a great choice for organizations like churches and schools.
