To the owner or who may concern
This is not the first time my husband and I eat at your place- unfortunately the past 3 times we had a rude cashier and your Manager couldn’t answer or fix any of it.
Saying she has no authorization to make it right-
We were told last time the owner will take care of us, and unfortunately that did not happen and over charge our order and at the end wasn’t correct.
Please take care of your customers and train your crew.
