The sesame bagel with cream cheese I ordered today was incredibly fresh and delicious, the sandwiches are packed with quality ingredients, the coffee is unexpectedly good enough to make me drive out of my way, the staff are usually friendly and fast despite occasional pricing confusion and busy times, and while the owner can be unfriendly to me personally, the overall experience with the food and service keeps me coming back-especially for my favorite oatmeal bagel toasted and buttered just right, plus the great catering they provided for my son's birthday that impressed all our guests.

The sesame bagel with cream cheese I ordered today was incredibly fresh, and the service was both fast and friendly. Even though I sometimes encounter the owner, who can be a bit gruff, the rest of the staff always make up for it with their kindness. I love how they take the time to wrap beverages carefully and ensure everything is just right, making each visit worthwhile despite the occasional wait.
