Our family loves the Italian ricotta cheesecake
Very light
We order it always for birthdays and the bakery can write something on the cake
The Italian assorted cookies are great especially the ones with pine nuts

Best bakery in NJ. Old fashioned Brooklyn style Baker who makes a high quality bakery products. It didn't matter if you buy a pie, cake or pasteries every product is made to ferfection and tastes great. Joe's custom made cakes are absolutely the finest that money can buy. All the staff are very friendly and efficient. It's refreshing to do business with with an honest and reliable Baker.
